Revisions Policy

We strive to ensure that the final deliverables align with your vision. Most of our services include a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

  • Included Revisions: These are provided at no additional cost, within the scope of the original project brief.
  • Additional Revisions: Revisions requested beyond the included scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Before Work Begins: If no work has commenced, a full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees.
  • After Work Begins: A partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work already completed.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of design services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits or retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your project in our schedule and account for preliminary work.
  • Completed Deliverables: Refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed and approved.

Exceptions

We understand that each project is unique. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final files. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include additional revisions or partial refunds.
