1. Digital Deliverables

For design services, most deliverables are provided in digital formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPEG, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Delivery Method: Digital files will be delivered via email or through a secure file-sharing platform.
  • Delivery Timeline: Final files will be sent within the timeframe specified in your project agreement, following your approval of the design.

2. Physical Products

If your project includes physical deliverables (e.g., printed materials, merchandise), we will coordinate shipping to ensure you receive your items promptly.

  • Shipping Providers: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be included in your invoice or billed separately, as agreed upon. Costs may vary based on location, order size, and shipping speed.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after approval and payment.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected but typically range from 5–10 business days.

3. Tracking Information

For physical orders, tracking information will be provided via email once your package has been shipped.

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

While we work to ensure safe and timely delivery, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Lost Items: If your package does not arrive, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving the package. Include photos of the damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement when applicable.
