Subscription & Cancellation Policy

What This Covers

This policy applies to all recurring services offered by CRE8IV, including:

  • Website hosting

  • Website updates and maintenance

  • Email hosting

  • Monthly design subscriptions (when offered)

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the terms below.


How Subscriptions Work

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are charged automatically to the payment method on file.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.


Payment & Billing

  • Payment is required in advance to keep services active.

  • If a payment fails, services may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

  • Please keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions.


Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting powellangela078@gmail.com

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.


Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

  • This includes hosting services, email hosting, and any design work scheduled or completed during that period.


Monthly Design Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Design subscriptions include up to a set number of design requests or deliverables per month, as outlined on the service page or agreement.

  • Unused design requests do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise stated.

  • Design subscriptions are intended for ongoing, smaller design needs and are not meant for large one-time projects.


Changes to Services

  • We may update pricing or services occasionally.

  • If changes affect your subscription, we’ll provide reasonable notice.

  • Continuing your subscription means you accept the updated terms.


Pausing or Ending Services

We may pause or end a subscription if there is:

  • Non-payment

  • Repeated use beyond the agreed scope

  • Violation of our general Terms of Service


Your Responsibilities

To help us serve you well, you agree to:

  • Provide timely communication, access, and approvals

  • Keep copies of important files and data unless backups are specifically included in your plan
